Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE sought for a leading City firm

The Opportunity

Our client is a full-service commercial law firm, looking to make a growth hire into their Real Estate Finance team.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of secured lending matters, focusing primarily on representing lenders in bridging and commercial real estate finance transactions. The work will include:

• Drafting and negotiating loan documents
• Managing third-party mortgages and deeds of priority
• Liasing with borrowers' solicitors and other stakeholders
• Reviewing legal packs and titles swiftly and accurately
• Advising on title insurance and risk management issues

You'll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team with a consistent workflow and strong administrative and paralegal support.

The role offers the opportunity to strengthen existing client relationships whilst also laying the foundation to build your own portfolio.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' PQE, spent predominantly in a Real estate Finance role
• Experience acting for lenders in single representation transactions
• Experience dealing with bridging/secured lending transactions advantageous
• Interest and proven ability in business development
