The Role

This leading Top 50 UK Firm are seeking a Real Estate Associate in Birmingham

The national Real Estate Group has consistently outperformed many of their City competitors over the past few years; so inline with strategic growth plans, and increase in work they are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the team. .

In this role, Development & Investors will be the focus; where work includes;

• Acquisition and disposals
• Major Development projects
• Lettings and Pre-lettings
• Portfolio Management
• Portfolio Acquisitions
• Funding
• And more

If you are a motivated Real Estate Lawyer, with exposure to some of the above, this is a great firm to fast track your career. Excellent training on offer.

We are looking for:

• A Real Estate Associate, or above, with NQ +
• Proven experience or training from a well-established practice
• Relocators from other regional or City firms in UK, welcome to apply also.
