Position: Real Estate Account Executive

Location: West London - Hybrid

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

The client is a leading independent broker based in West London who is looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced account executive to help support with the management of their real estate clients.

You will be joining a successful and ever-growing team with plenty of progression opportunities.

The Opportunity

The opportunity is for an experienced account executive. You will be managing your own portfolio of clients and assisting them through new business, renewals, mta’s and any technical questions they may have.

The clients are based across the UK and London and their real estate portfolios can be vast managing a range of industries and sectors across commercial and residential builds.

The team is very friendly and welcoming, you will be working alongside colleagues ranging in experience, have a colleague you can rely on and refer to for technical queries and the ability to develop long term within a large global broker.

Ideally you will have existing real estate broking experience. However, if you have strong experience in Property Owners this will also be considered.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

• Ideally have Real Estate or Property Owners experience
• Come from broking / account handler background
• Personal and well spoken
