Are you passionate about literacy and committed to helping young learners develop strong reading and writing skills?

Hays Education are working with a secondary school in Sheffield who have a job for a Read Write Inc (RWI) teacher to start immediately. The job is full-time, 5 days a week indefinitely, with the potential of becoming permanent further down the line.

As a Read Write Inc specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' literacy development. You will work closely with teachers, parents and students to provide targeted interventions and implement the Read Write Inc phonics programme effectively. Your expertise in systematic, synthetic phonics will contribute to students' success, in a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications, skills and requirements needed to apply for this job:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience and knowledge of Read Write Inc
• Expertise in Phonics
• Referenceable experience working with children/young people for at least 40 days in the last 2 years
• Enhanced DBS registered with the DBS Update Service, or ability to apply for a new one
