Flexible Working Hours:

• Shift Pattern: Required to be flexible on assigned shifts
• Full-time hours available, working any 5 out of 7 days, including weekends

Competitive Pay:

• Pre 12 weeks:6am - 6pm - £12.736pm - 6am - £14.68
• Post 12 weeks:6am - 6pm - £13.736pm - 6am - £15.86
• Productivity bonus of up to £20 extra per shift

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate Reach Trucks as required
• Pick and pack orders onto cages or pallets
• Replenish stock and ensure aisles are well-organised
• Conduct regular stock checks
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow health and safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet operational targets

What We're Looking For:

• Valid RTITB FLT (Reach Truck) Licence - required
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience - desirable
• Ability to lift and move heavy stock safely
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
