HR Business Partner | Driving People Strategy in a Mission Led Organisation | London / Hybrid

The Role

With a bold vision and a significant transformation programme underway, the business is seeking a HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding people strategy at a time of real change.

This is an opportunity to deliver meaningful impact by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, embedding best practice across performance and engagement, and partnering closely with senior leadership to enable organisational success. The role is offered as a permanent position, with scope to influence the long term people agenda.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, building strong partnerships that translate business goals into effective people solutions

* Lead on performance management, succession planning and talent mapping to drive a culture of high performance

* Support organisational design and workforce planning, ensuring structures enable agility, growth and future capability

* Manage employee relations cases with confidence, providing guidance and clarity to stakeholders

* Partner with leadership and the wider People team to design and deliver engagement, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives

* Use people data and insights to inform decision making, measure impact and drive continuous improvement

* Guide change management programmes, supporting leaders and employees through periods of transformation

Candidate Profile

* Experienced HR Business Partner with a track record of delivering impactful people initiatives in complex or high growth environments

* Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and influence at senior levels

* Strong background in employee relations, performance management and organisational design

* Skilled in workforce planning and talent development, with the ability to anticipate future capability needs

* Data driven, with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions

* Pragmatic, resilient and empathetic, with high emotional intelligence and adaptability

* A champion of inclusive and equitable practices, able to embed DE&I across the employee lifecycle

Package

* Salary: £70,000 to £85,000 plus benefits

* Hybrid working with two days per week in Central London
