With a strong portfolio of frameworks and long-term contracts, they deliver high-quality projects across kitchen & bathroom programmes, void refurbishments, planned works, and external repairs.The OpportunityOur client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in cost management and contract delivery within the social housing sector, working on a variety of projects from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesManage budgets, cost plans, and project financialsOversee subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract administrationPrepare valuations, variations, and final accountsProduce regular cost reports and forecastsWork closely with clients, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful deliveryEnsure compliance with JCT contracts and company proceduresWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years' experience as a QS within social housingStrong background in kitchens, bathrooms, voids, planned works, and externalsSolid knowledge of JCT contracts and cost control processesStrong communication, negotiation, and organisational skillsIT literate with good Excel and estimating software knowledgeAbility to manage multiple projects independentlyWhat's On OfferSalary: £52,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)Long-term frameworks and high-profile social housing projectsHybrid working (Wimbledon office / site / home)Supportive, collaborative environment with genuine career development
