An established, forward-thinking multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative and growing London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working on meaningful public sector projects and wants to be part of a company that tailors career progression to individual ambition.

The Quantity Surveyor's RoleWith over 100 staff in the London office and a close-knit team of around 20 surveyors, this consultancy specialises in delivering high-quality services across local authority, residential, and education sectors.

This is a diverse role comprising approximately 80% traditional Quantity Surveying duties and 20% Employer's Agent responsibilities.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, focusing on cost management
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Pre and post contract experience
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills; effective in collaborative team environments
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and relevant industry regulations
