Working closely with site teams and subcontractors, you'll help maintain the company's reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Budget preparation and cost control
• Subcontractor procurement and tender management
• Progress monitoring and financial reporting
• Valuations and payment processing
• Contract compliance and risk management

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in quantity surveying within the housebuilding sector
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
