An award-winning, multi-disciplinary Property and Construction Consultancy is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Plymouth. The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative and innovative team across a mixed range of projects and sectors, including commercial, residential, public, and private work - with a strong focus on sustainable construction and social value.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to progress their career in a supportive and innovative environment, where people come first and professional development is taken seriously. From pre to post contract duties, the Quantity Surveyor will be involved in the full project lifecycle, with scope to act as Employer's Agent and take ownership of projects at all RIBA stages.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Good pre and post contract experience
• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
• MRICS or currently working towards Chartership
• A full UK driving licence (desirable)
• Experience across sectors, including residential (essential) and commercial development/infrastructure.
