Job Role: Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Maintenance

Location: North London

Salary: £50,000-£65,000. & Bonus, Pension, Healthcare

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the financial and commercial performance of social housing maintenance contracts.
• Pricing additional works, resolving contractual issues, and mitigating risks.
• Complete CVR, forecasts, valuations, and financial reporting.
• Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

What You Bring

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor at a Main Contractor
• Expertise in social housing maintenance or Decent Homes
• Strong knowledge of CVR, JCT/NHF schedules, and cost management.
• Ability to drive value while ensuring health, safety, and customer satisfaction.
