Job Description: My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, playing a crucial role in the successful delivery of a Major Infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering projects and extensive knowledge of NEC contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the quantity surveying function on site
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring value for money while adhering to budgets
• Handle change management, including assessing and negotiating variations
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, costs, and financial performance

Experience, Training, and Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably on large-scale civil projects
• In-depth knowledge and experience with NEC forms of contract
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytic skills
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive performance
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
