Your Next Role – what you’ll be doing:I am working with a very well-established RC Frame, Groundworks and Civil Engineering Contractor who is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their high performing commercial team based out of their Surrey Office and visiting sites across London. This is a big hire for this tight-knit commercial team and will be a perfect fit for someone with a good amount of experience working either for a main or sub-contractor who is keen to make a move into the RC Frame & Groundworks sector, where the big money is!Once in the role you will have commercial control of a handful of projects at a time, with responsibility for delivering profit on the projects under your control whilst working closely with the delivery team, senior management, and the client.
