Intersect are proud to partner with our client, a leading Tier 1 construction contractor, in their search for a Quantity Surveyor.

Our client works across several sectors including residential, healthcare and education they have an impressive pipeline of new projects in the Surrey and Berkshire.

Due to a run or recently awarded tenders they now have an opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to complement their team.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for several build packages on a £32m new build school project in the Surrey area, unrivalled training and development opportunities are on offer as well as market leading salary and bonus structure.

The Job Role:

- No2 Quantity Surveyor on £32m School Project

- Responsible for several work packages

- Management of the full Lifecycle of projects from Procurement to Final accounts.

-Collaborating with the wider site team to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget

Experience Required:

- Degree (BSc) In Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

- Main contracting experience

- JCT or NEC contract Experience

- Commutable to the Surrey area.
