Quantity Surveyor - Brandon James Ltd : Job Details

The Partners of a client facing, commercially minded Construction Consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor due to a high volume of work which requires additional resource.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based a stones throw from Shoreditch High Street station, where you will join a team of circa 20 quantity surveyors and project managers who are predominantly managing commercial biased projects and clients.

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall lead on projects, carrying out pre and post contract services, throughout the whole project lifecycle whilst supported by an Associate Quantity Surveyor.

Projects will include: offices, residential, student accommodation, end user fit outs.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• 3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience
• MUST have worked within a cost management / cost consultancy environment
• Good pre contract experience
• Ambitious with excellent communication skills
• Happy to be office based
