A truly exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a confident, independent Quantity Surveyor to join a Global Construction & Property Consultancy based out of their thriving Manchester office.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will join the companies Special Projects Division working on Global projects with high-profile clients in areas such as the Middle East (Dubai & Saudi), South America, Europe as well as the UK.

The nature of these projects at this stage is highly confidential, however there is an exciting mix of sectors, working on some highly renowned projects, and could be in excess of £500m+.

The Manchester team are typically in the office 2-3 days per week, but this role could very well be remote if desired. If you're someone who likes being in, the office is open for you, otherwise unless you need to be in, there is a lot of flexibility, and you may manage your own diary.

Travel wise, the successful Quantity Surveyor should be prepared to travel to the above-mentioned locations typically once a quarter, and usually for no longer than a couple days.

This could be the perfect opportunity for a hands-on Quantity Surveyor looking for more flexibility, as well as the chance to travel Globally and work on some of the world's top, multibillion-pound schemes.

The Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards (not a must)
• A strong QS background within UK Construction Consultancies
• Good pre & post contract experience
• The desire to manage your own schedule, work remote, and travel on occasion
• A hands-on individual, able to manage your own workload
