JOB TITLE: Quality ManagerThe COMPANYOur client is a well-established engineering sub-contract organisation who have forged a profitable niche for themselves working, predominantly, within the "Yellow Construction Industry" - diggers, FLT, dumpers, etc. They offer their clients a full engineering solution including laser cutting, press brake, tube bending, fabrication, etc. The ROLEOur Client are recruiting a Quality Manager, reporting directly to the board, you will be responsible for all aspects of the quality management system - Quality is integral to the ethos of the organisation. The role will involve;* Assume responsibility for everything quality * Manage quality team* Main liaison between Client and customers on quality & compliance* Analyse and review customer performance * Lead on the development & enforcement of the quality management system ISO9001* Oversee audits both internal and external * Visit customer sites for meetings and reviews The CANDIDATEOur client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Quality Manager possessing the ambition to forge a career within a successful expanding engineering company.
