Quality Manager - Jonathan Lee Recruitment : Job Details

Do you have quality management experience gained in a manufacturing and engineering environment, and are you seeking a new job in Kidderminster? You will be responsible for managing all quality activities across multiple sites. You will promote quality achievement and performance improvement across the business and represent it at a senior level.

In your first few weeks in this Quality Manager role, you can expect to:

• Assess product specifications and customer requirements
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards - i.e., ISO 9001
• Define processes and procedures in conjunction with operating staff
• Collate and analyse performance data against defined parameters
• Achievement of customer and internal deadlines on delivery of Quality-related solutions.

• English, maths and financial awareness along with intermediate Word, Excel, Powerpoint and ERP systems knowledge
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering processes.
• At least 5 years working in a Quality environment in a manufacturing industry
• Has a proven record in the above job requirements
• Working within the SME environment
• Credible at multiple levels into customer
• Strong communicator
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 6 Sigma, CI, Problem solving techniques, data analysis
