Job Title - Quality & Compliance Manager Salary - £35,000 per annum (pro rata)Location - Selby, North Yorkshire Job Type - FTC - running until November 2024Russell-Taylor Group is currently recruiting for a Quality & Compliance Manager to join our clients busy packhouse team in North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing compliance issues on site and ensuring that compliance and regulatory procedures are followed at all times.The Role• Ensuring quality management paperwork is completed accurately. • Conducting and maintaining audits which continue to meet the requirements of customers including several major retailers.• Ensuring high standards of product safety, legality and quality assurance are maintained through goods intake, packing and despatch.• Ensuring GMP's are completed with findings actioned accordingly. • Ensuring internal QMS changes are communicated to site teams.• Providing leadership and technical support to ensure smooth operations in accordance with BRCGS and Food Safety standards.• Managing a successful and improved internal & external audit programme with the support of the central technical team.The Person • Previous experience as an Internal Auditor (preferably lead auditor).• HACCP level 3 • BRCGS training (latest version)• Experience of food manufacturing and Integrity standard• Experience of leading customer audit requirements - major retailers• Knowledge of SAP • Minimum 5 years experience QA/Packing• Employee management experience Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
