We are seeking a Quality Laboratory Administrator to join our client based in Bridgwater. The company specialises in manufacturing high-quality products and we are looking for a motivated individual to provide admin and analytical support to the innovation department.

As a Quality Laboratory Administrator, you will be responsible for collecting samples, recording sample data, and working closely with our procurement team. You will also have the opportunity to join in conducting trials and carrying out analysis on trial data. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a passion for quality and accuracy to join a dynamic and growing team.

As a Quality Laboratory Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating dates and times for trials with the manufacturing team.
• Collecting samples from the production line and preparing them for analysis.
• Recording and organising sample data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Working closely with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of samples.
• Assisting in conducting trials and performing analytical tests on products.
• Carrying out analysis on trial data and producing reports.
• Coordinating meetings and communicating trial results to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintaining and organising laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Adhering to strict quality control and safety standards.
• Assisting in the development and improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.
• Providing general administrative support and maintain accurate records.

Key Requirements:

• Ideal candidate will be a graduate with Maths or Science degree, HND or similar.
• Previous experience working in a laboratory setting or research and development.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and skills.
