Quality Inspector - Rachel Hill Resourcing Limited : Job Details

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform audits and monitor quality standards in alignment with company quality assurance policies and customer specifications.
• Conduct various inspections, including first article, in-process, incoming materials, final product, and customer returns.
• Inspect and verify products staged for shipment to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Initiate and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as necessary.
• Input data and analyze trends for key inspection process metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Carry out mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and subassemblies based on inspection plans and specifications.
• Execute product identification and traceability activities in accordance with company protocols.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately to assess product compliance.
• Collaborate with production staff to resolve inspection-related issues and clarify quality standards.
• Communicate with engineers to confirm that schematics meet the specifications of the final product.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following housekeeping procedures.
• Adhere to all quality, safety, and operational protocols, including AWAIR and company-specific safety regulations.
• Support the team with additional tasks as directed by supervisors or lead personnel.
• Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.

• Monday to Friday
• 6am to 2pm
