Quality Inspector - Adecco : Job Details

Are you passionate about precision and quality? We're seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join a dynamic team within the heavy manufacturing industry. This role is vital in ensuring that production standards meet strict engineering specifications and customer expectations.

?? Location: Lincoln?? Shift Pattern: Rotational weekly - Days, Afternoons, and Nights

• Perform detailed inspections using handheld tools and advanced equipment
• Interpret engineering drawings and tolerances to assess forged components
• Identify and report quality issues, initiating corrective actions where necessary
• Maintain accurate records including SPC charts, Cpk data, and shift reports
• Conduct audits, capability studies, and support calibration activities
• Assist with PPAP documentation and dimensional mark-outs
• Train and support new team members and Quality Examiners
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, auditors, and visitors

• Experience in a quality control or inspection role within manufacturing or engineering
• Strong understanding of measurement principles and defect recognition
• Familiarity with SPC, Cpk, and Gauge R&R studies
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working across rotating shifts
