A local manufacturing company in Diss is looking for a Quality Inspector to join their practical and welcoming team. Full training will be given, so while some factory or production experience would be useful, it's not essential - what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. You'll work across the factory floor, checking parts, measuring samples and helping make sure every product meets the company's high standards. Diss | £24,000 per annum + performance-linked bonus | 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) What you'll be doing
- Checking incoming parts, in-process products and finished items
- Approving first-off products before production starts (with training)
- Recording results on quality control charts and flagging any issues early
- Helping to investigate and resolve production defects

- A keen eye for detail and a careful, methodical approach
- Confidence using basic measuring tools (training will be given)
- A genuine interest in manufacturing or engineering
- A team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
