• Develop foundational quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection criteria where none currently exist.
• Introduce standardized methods for non conformance and customer complaints
• Working closely with both manufacturing and design teams with hands on training of new procedures implemented
• Looking into implementation of quality management systems for the future
• Establishing basic quality metrics to present findings to management

Quality EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Must have previous experience working within manufacturing (manual processes would be advantageous such as assembly)
• Experience having implemented and developed new quality processes/procedures
