Acorn by Synergie is looking to recruit Quality Control - Production Operatives for an established manufacturing company based in Pontypool.

About the Role

This hands-on role involves inspecting products for quality standards and assisting in general production tasks to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control checks on finished products.
• Assist with general production and assembly duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a quality control, manufacturing, or production environment.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4pm.
• Friday: 8am - 1pm (early finish!).
• Pay: £12.21 per hour.
