Quality and Process Improvement Manager - Global Organisation - King’s Lynn Office - c£45k-£60k (dependent on experience)
Our client, a global company with offices in King’s Lynn, who is a trailblazer in their field of expertise, is looking for a Quality and Process Improvement Manager to join their management team.
This is a key role within a busy and fast-paced organisation that requires an inquisitive, strategic, proactive and collaborative leader. As the Quality and Process Improvement Manager, you will manage an established team of 5 professionals, across 2 locations, who don’t need handholding but would benefit from a 'hands-on’ problem-solver with a thirst for compliance, quality and improvement processes.
We are looking for someone with solid knowledge and experience of QA systems, processes and procedures ideally gained in a manufacturing industry, preferably within the FMCG market, although this isn’t a prerequisite.
