QUALITATIVE RESEARCH MANAGERUP TO £55,000LONDON/REMOTE

Harnham is partnering with a growing agency on a Qualitative Research Manager role.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Qual Research Manager will have the following role and responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee qual research projects from end to end.
• Engage with clients and crafting tailored research plans.
• Maintain clear client communication, manage client expectations, and ensure feedback is addressed promptly.
• Develop and implement innovative qualitative research methodologies
• Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within scope and on schedule.
• Utilise advanced analysis software and techniques to analyse qualitative research data, deriving actionable insights to inform decision-making.
• Deliver recommendations to clients through written reports/verbal presentations.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Qual Research Manager will have the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in qualitative research, any exposure to quant would be advantageous
• Proficiency in analysis software and tools
• Proven experience in project management and client relationship management
• B2B Insights and/or SaaS experience would be advantageous
