The successful Qualified Trademark Attorney will hold the following key responsibilities:

• Dealing with trade mark oppositions, cancellations, renewals and other maintenance issues
• Reviewing portfolios for potential acquisitions
• Assisting with due diligence exercises
• Business development and advising clients on registrability of trade marks.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Trademark Attorney, have ideally 2-3 years post-qualification experience and have a thorough knowledge of Trade Mark law and practice.
