Qualified Teacher - Academics : Job Details

We are currently recruiting qualified teachers for a group of secondary Schools around the South Bucks and Buckinghamshire's area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating students in various subjects, with a particular emphasis on core subjects, English, Maths & Science.

This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to manage behaviour, and experience in special education or tutoring would be advantageous.Responsibilities* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards.* Educate students in English and other assigned subjects, ensuring comprehension and retention of material.* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive educational environment.* Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.* Provide additional support for students with special educational needs through tailored instruction and resources.* Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing constructive feedback.* Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall educational experience for students.* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching methodologies.Experience* QTS is essential.* Previous experience teaching at the high school level is preferred.* Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and effective teaching strategies.* Experience in special education or tutoring is highly desirable.* Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups of people.* Skills in behaviour management techniques to support student engagement and learning.We invite enthusiastic educators who are committed to making a difference in the lives of young learners to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
