Randstad are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join Rochdale Council's Mental Health Review team. This is a full time role, offering £30 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake reassessments of need under the Care Act and s117, for people who have a diagnosed severe and enduring mental illness, who are under psychiatry and in receipt of a commissioned package of support.
• There may also be an element of arranging services where there has been a change in need and also working with the psychiatrist/treatment team in the event the person were to relapse.
• The role requires travel both within the borough of Rochdale and also to neighboring boroughs.

Required:

• Social Work Degree or equivalent
• Current registration with Social Work England
• Enhanced DBS
