Manage a varied and complex caseload?? Undertake thorough child and family assessments?? Lead safeguarding interventions and child protection planning?? Prepare and present high-quality reports for court and attend proceedings?? Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals?? Focus on delivering positive, sustainable outcomes for children and familiesWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking experienced, passionate social workers who:? Are registered with Social Work England? Have at least 3 years post-qualified experience in children’s safeguarding? Possess strong court work and case management skills? Are confident working in a multi-agency environment? Are reflective, resilient, and dedicated to achieving the best for children? Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicleWhat You’ll Get???
