Qualified Social Worker - Adults Safeguarding Team

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Safeguarding Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being through comprehensive assessment, support, and intervention.

Your Role: As a Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the rights and well-being of adults in our community. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the individual, their families, and relevant stakeholders.

Advocate for the rights and best interests of vulnerable adults, ensuring they have access to appropriate resources and services.

Monitor and review the progress of individuals, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet changing needs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions in accordance with legal and professional standards.

Qualifications:

Degree in Social Work

Relevant professional certifications

Previous experience in adult safeguarding or related field

Strong communication and assessment skills
