- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to classes of 5-7 tailored to the specific needs of students with SEMH requirements.
- Provide individualised support and guidance to help students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Implement strategies to manage behavior and promote positive social and emotional development.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs is preferred
- Strong understanding of SEMH issues and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
