Location: Leamington Spa 2 days WFH

Salary: UP TO £42,000 OTE Benefits

Full-Time | Permanent

Our client is a well-established Wealth Management practice who provide corporate and private Client Wealth Management advice to their clients and now have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join their thriving business who are based in the Leamington Spa area. You will be working closely with 2 top performing Financial Planners to compose bespoke suitability reports to ensure the process remains seamless and delivered to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) or working towards - Essential
• 2–4 years’ paraplanning experience with strong technical knowledge
• Excellent report writing and research skills
• Strong understanding of compliance and financial planning principles
• Ability to manage complex cases under pressure and to deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research on products, investments, and tax strategies
• Prepare suitability reports and recommendations in line with FCA regulations
• Support advisers with tailored client solutions and financial strategies
• Assist with cashflow modelling, estate planning, and portfolio construction
• Oversee and review work of junior paraplanners and administrators
• Ensure compliance standards are maintained across all files
• Contribute to improving systems and processes within the paraplanning team
