Qualified Electrician - Downlight Electrical Ltd : Job Details

Downlight Electrical is a family run electrical contractor that has grown rapidly since we were founded in 2018. We have a team of 15 engineers currently and are looking to expand our team in Fleet, Hampshire. We have a friendly team of hard working electricians and a rapidly increasing rate of work with overtime available.

The position:

We are looking for fully qualified, experienced electricians to join our team where we undertake a mixture of commercial and/or domestic electrical works. Our works vary from local domestic work to high end commercial fit outs in London, including planned and reactive maintenance and solar pv/battery installations.

Experience is essential to this role. The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running in a busy team. Our electricians will work as part of a team and on their own and all work must be completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• 1st and 2nd fix installation work
• EICRs
• EV charging points
• Routine maintenance and testing on circuits
• Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
• Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to schedules.
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients to understand project requirements and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Test & certify own works using company provided software

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3
• 18th edition
• Ideally 2391 qualification
• Full Clean UK Driving license
