Your new companyWe are currently looking for a Level 4 Qualified Social Worker to join Wiltshire Council in their Children and Young People's Disabilities Team. The Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities 0-25 years Service exists to improve outcomes and make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people with SEND, and their families, who require support to be included in their community. As a level 4 social worker in the team, you will be required to monitor the quality and quantity of the work of others, along with providing advice, guidance, and support to colleagues to ensure the whole team's achievements are met.Your new roleThis is a permanent, full-time position that offers hybrid work with 50% of your working hours being in office. The salary is £44,243 - £46,643 per annum, inclusive of a 10% market supplement/ The council do also offer a £7000 relocation package!
