We are recruiting for a leading facilities management company committed to delivering high-quality services to their clients across various sectors. Their team in Kinsale is currently looking for an experienced QSHE Advisor to join themPurpose of the RoleThe QSHE Advisor is responsible for implementing quality, safety, health, and environmental(QSHE) programs and ensuring compliance with GxP and EHS standards across thepharmaceutical Cork site and, where necessary, other sites in Ireland. This is a hands-onrole supporting site teams with due diligence, compliance, and the management of allaspects of health, safety, and quality in line with company and client policies. The role actsas the main point of contact for QSHE on the contract and plays a key part in maintainingoperational excellence and adherence to regulatory and corporate requirements.Key Responsibilities? Implement and support the local QSHE programs, including self-inspections, riskmanagement, management reviews, business continuity planning, and electronicquality management systems.? Align the EHS program with the in-country EHS team and client standards.? Conduct root cause investigations for QSHE issues and implement correctiveactions.? Deliver GxP, QMS, and EHS training to the operational teams.? Provide support and guidance to client quality/compliance andEHS personnel.? Develop and maintain site-specific quality plans aligned with regional qualityframeworks.? Manage and review quality agreements with the client.? Prepare monthly reports highlighting successes, risks, and KPI trends.? Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and QSHE teammeetings.Key Accountabilities? Successful completion of client and regulatory audits related to GxP and EHS.? Timely and effective incident reporting and investigation.? Standardization and optimization of QSHE processes.? Value creation through improved systems and compliance.? Ongoing professional development and application of technical/businessknowledge.Person SpecificationEssential:? Level 8 H&S qualification or equivalent.? Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical (GxP) environment, particularly inquality, labs, or facilities management.? Background in auditing and ability to write clear, impactful reports.? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.? Ability to deliver effective training and communicate across diverse teams.

Desirable:? Project management experience.? Membership in relevant professional bodies (Quality, EHS).? Commercial awareness with sound judgement.?
