QHSE & Engineering CoordinatorLocation: Near Crewe, CheshireType: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)Are you looking to join a close-knit team where your contribution really counts? We’re a well-established small business based near Crewe, specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke mechanical equipment. Part of global group, this team/site is circa 15 employees working across our office and workshop, we pride ourselves on our flexible, hands-on approach and strong team spirit.We’re currently looking for a QHSE Coordinator to support our operations. This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone with a background in engineering and QHSE, ideally within a small or medium-sized enterprise.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the continued certification of our ISO 9001, ISO 18001, and ISO 45001 systems
• Carry out internal audits, support external audits, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with engineering documentation, project coordination, and workshop compliance
• Support site teams with QHSE practices and ensure documentation is up-to-date
• Collaborate with all departments to promote a strong safety and quality culture
• Help identify and implement practical solutions to engineering and safety issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Some experience in a QHSE or engineering support role (1–3 years ideal)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and either ISO 18001 or 45001 standards
• Engineering background or qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or relevant experience)
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work across a small team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in both office and workshop environments
