Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing best practices and the software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for writing and executing test cases, managing defects, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business processes and requirements to develop comprehensive test cases and scripts
• Provide basic time estimates for test planning and execution
• Execute tests and report progress clearly and effectively
• Manage the full defect lifecycle, from identification to resolution
• Apply testing best practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Utilize Azure DevOps for test management and tracking
• Use MS Word and Excel proficiently for documentation and reporting
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a testing or QA role
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and test management tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
