Lead and execute automation testing for critical Research initiatives
Manage, mentor, and support the growth of QA engineers (manual and automation)
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
Champion a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
Oversee and enhance onboarding processes for new QA team members
