QA Engineer - SNG (Sovereign Network Group) : Job Details

We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing Data team, based either from our Basingstoke or Wembley Office. You'll take our hybrid approach working from home and in the office 2 days per week.

The Role:

As a QA Engineer, you'll be an essential part of our Release Management team, helping ensure the quality and reliability of our products before they reach our customers and colleagues. Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage our Quality Assurance approach across digital products
• Carry out manual testing
• Translate user stories into test cases and execute them using test management tools
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and other key stakeholders
• Track bugs, manage regression test suites, and sign off releases with confidence
• Keep our QA practices forward-thinking by bringing in new ideas and tools

What we're looking for:

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience across the full product lifecycle
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Confidence working within Agile environments
• An appetite for learning and a drive to continually improve

Bonus points if you've got an ISTQB qualification, some automation and API experience, or have worked with tools like M365, TOGAF, or ITIL.
