QA Analyst - VIQU Limited : Job Details

QA Analyst – Fully Remote – 3-month contract

A leading charitable organization is looking for a QA Analyst that will sit in between developers and end users and be responsible for testing software before end user access.

The customer is seeking a meticulous QA Analyst with expertise in testing software developed on the Microsoft Stack, as well as third-party products such as Eclipse. The ideal QA Analyst will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate with Senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities for theQA Analyst:

• Previous experience as a QA Analyst.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications developed on the Microsoft Stack, including but not limited to .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Azure technologies.
• Testing 3rd party products  i.e. Eclipse or data flows in MS SQL
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to identify and prioritize testing requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

• Provide test plans ahead of development based on business requirements.
• Identify data and parameters to test and validate against requirements.
• Be responsible for Monitoring development progress (internal and external) to ensure it matched business requirements.
• The ability to develop test scripts aligned with the previously created test plans.

This QA Analyst would be fully remote.
