Are you passionate about technology and skilled in procurement? Our client is a leading IT company dedicated to providing innovative solutions, based in the City of London, and globally. We're on the lookout for a dynamic Purchasing Manager to join their vibrant team of 10, that will help them streamline their purchasing processes, and support their talented team.

What You'll Do:

• Overseeing the purchasing team and ensuring efficient operations.
• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies to meet business needs.
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Collaborating with various departments to understand their purchasing requirements.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the timely availability of products.
• Analysing market trends and supplier performance to make informed decisions.
• Providing training and mentorship to team members, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
• Line manage up to 10 employees.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. - Must have previous management experience.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and make strategic commercial decisions.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
