About the Opportunity:A well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer in Evesham is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their expanding team. This is a newly created position due to continued business growth and increased demand across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Handle import/export documentation and shipping paperwork.
- Maintain accurate pricing records and supplier communications.
- Support the purchasing team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Manage high volumes of email correspondence and phone calls.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative (bonus if its in purchasing, or shipping/logistics role. but this isn't essential)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with a professional and courteous manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience using Sage 200 or similar ERP systems.
