- Experience in administrative or purchasing support roles - Placing orders, price checking and checking reports etc.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when processing information
- Confidence in using computer systems (ERP/MRP) and Microsoft Office tools
- The ability to work well with others and communicate clearly with suppliers and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills to manage tasks and deadlines
You are:
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to get stuck in from day one
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- A clear communicator who can follow processes and instructions
- Happy to take ownership of your work and check things thoroughly before completion
- Someone who takes pride in supporting the smooth running of a team
The good stuff:
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4pm
- Temporary role for up to 8 weeks - perfect for gaining extra experience or bridging between roles
- Paid at the living wage
