Are you an organised and proactive professional with purchasing or procurement experience? We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our client's team to support with suppliers, processing purchase orders, tracking delivery timelines, and ensuring all procurement activity is accurately recorded and reported.

Description of the role:

  • Communicate with suppliers to track and expedite delivery schedules.
  • Raise purchase orders and send enquiries as required.
  • Maintain procurement records and update the ERP system.
  • Reconcile invoices and verify accuracy against documentation.
  • Participate in progress meetings and produce weekly shortage reports.
  • Support continuous improvement within the procurement process.

About you:

  • Experience in an administrative or procurement support role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of purchasing or supply chain processes is advantageous.
