Purchase Ledger - Reed : Job Details

Reed Accountancy is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation based in Northallerton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Purchase Ledger experience to join a dynamic finance team in a fast-paced environment.The client are looking for someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately code and process purchase invoices
• Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and handle supplier queries
• Process bank payments in line with company procedures
• Support the Financial Controller with account preparation and reporting

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage supplier relationships
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
• A proactive team player willing to support wider finance functions
