Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate purchase ledger records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Studying towards AAT qualification is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
