We are looking for a experienced Ledger Clerk to join a team in Deeside on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Perform high-volume data entry and processing daily, ensuring invoices are authorised, coded, and posted promptly.
- Follow up on missing invoices and resolve any queries.
- Respond to supplier queries in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders who order goods.
- Raise manual invoices and credit notes weekly, ensuring appropriate approvals are in place.
- Handle any employee-related queries professionally and efficiently.
- Undertake other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts or finance administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work under tight deadlines.
