We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team in Wrexham on a full-time basis for a fixed-term assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices accurately within the ERP system
- Matching invoices to deliveries/ingredient loads received
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies between supplier invoices and goods received
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth processing
- Supporting the wider finance team as required
- Queries and admin
Person Spec:
- Previous experience in purchase ledger/accounts payable
- Strong technical ability
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems (experience with invoice matching highly desirable)
